Furniture comes down the stairs and through the garage. That is not a separate charge; there are no stairs fees, only time. Hillside streets near the coast can be steep. Bring the gate code and the unit key. If you need longer storage from us instead, it is billed flat monthly in 30-day periods.

San Francisco pickups have a 9 to 11 AM arrival window and the crew calls 30 minutes before. If the San Francisco block has no legal space for a 26 ft truck plus ramp, a temporary permit can be processed through SFMTA.
