Zoning requires a minimum lot size of one acre, bans commercial zones and prohibits multifamily housing. Almost every move here is a single house on a generous lot.
Homes range from original ranch houses to custom new builds. Expect long driveways, rolling grades and a lot of belongings to move. Spartan Moving Systems serves the whole Bay Area from Santa Clara. We are licensed (Cal-T #0190543) and insured, US DOT 1783494, with 4.8 stars from 77 Google reviews.
Large lots mean the front door may be well back from the road. We measure the carry in advance and bring the right crew size to keep time down.
The town sits in rolling hills, with the Altamont and Monta Vista faults running through it. Steeper driveways and uneven grades are common, so we plan truck placement ahead of time.
Custom builds often have stone, wide-plank or heated floors. We lay floor protection and wrap pieces such as pianos and art before they move.
Work in the town's roads follows town rules. We check the town's current rules for your address and arrange what it requires.
Very good rate, very professional. These guys made my move so much easier.
The team was super nice, didn't damage anything, and the amount paid was as expected from the quote (no hidden fees). They also had a ton of patience with my aunt.
When my couch wouldn't fit into my new apartment, they patiently worked through the options, then added an extra stop to put it in offsite storage. I would 100% use them again.
