Morgan Hill Movers for South County Homes

Morgan Hill is where a lot of San Jose families go when they want a bigger yard. It sits in South Santa Clara County, about 20 miles down US 101 from downtown San Jose, between the Santa Teresa hills and Gilroy. A typical move here is a household loaded in San Jose, Sunnyvale or Campbell in the morning and unloaded in a larger home in Morgan Hill later the same day.

• Townhomes and senior communities. Many have HOA move hours and ask for a certificate of insurance. We provide a COI at no fee once we have the HOA name, mailing address and email.

Local moves are hourly with a 3-hour minimum, prorated in 15-minute steps after that. Rates are the same every day of the week: 2 movers $145/hr, 3 movers $175/hr and 4 movers $235/hr. Three movers is our standard crew. For a three-bedroom over about 1,800 square feet, or four bedrooms and up, which describes many Morgan Hill houses, we send four.

Because pickup and drop-off are usually more than 10 minutes apart on a move into or out of Morgan Hill, California rules apply double drive time to the drive between the two addresses. • At the new home, beds and tables are reassembled where you want them before the crew leaves.
