Rossmoor is the large age-restricted community in the hills on the southwest side of Walnut Creek, west of I-680 along Tice Valley Boulevard and Rossmoor Parkway. It has its own clubhouses, golf courses, pools, fitness centers and bus service, and it runs on its own community rules. For most people, a move here is either a move in from a family house or a move out to be closer to children, and both deserve a calm, careful crew that handles what matters to you.
