What time will the movers arrive on moving day?

It depends on where your move begins. Pickups in the South Bay and on the Peninsula get an 8-10 AM window. Pickups in San Francisco and the East Bay get 9-11 AM. We plan to start early, and the crew calls you about 30 minutes before they arrive.

Our trucks leave at 7:00 AM. A crew headed to a home in San Jose is usually close by, which is why South Bay starts earlier. A crew crossing to San Francisco has more road and more traffic in front of it, so the window shifts an hour later.

You get a phone call from the crew when they are roughly half an hour out. Use it to confirm where the truck should park and which entrance to use.

An afternoon start between 12 and 4 PM is sometimes possible, but it hangs on how the morning job goes, so we never promise it. Morning is the reliable choice.

Moving day starts on the clock when the crew arrives at your door, not when the truck leaves the yard. The drive from our base to your first address is never billed.
