"Charged as used" means you pay for packing materials only when the crew actually uses them on your move, at the prices listed on the materials sheet attached to your quote. Nothing is billed in advance, and supplies left on the truck cost you nothing.

How the count happens
A- Your quote includes a materials price list so you know each figure before the move.
- On the day, the crew pulls supplies from the truck as items need them.
- At the end, the foreman lists what was opened, and those items are added to the hours on your bill.

When it does not apply
AIf you end up on the Golden Package, supplies are folded into the package rate and the itemized materials list goes away. Silver covers the materials for mattresses and large fragile pieces. Because you choose a package at the end of the move, you can see the itemized total first and then compare. Some people pack the kitchen themselves and leave only the TVs and mirrors to the crew; others hand over everything. Charged as used fits both, because the bill follows what happened rather than a guess made weeks earlier.
