Why an on-site estimate helps on a big house
AOn a big house, the gap between a light load and a heavy one can be several hours, so a phone estimate is only a rough guide. We suggest the free on-site inspection. You get a not-to-exceed price: if the move goes well and finishes early, you pay less, and if it runs long, the bill still stops at that ceiling.

No. The minimum is 3 hours for every local move. A four-bedroom simply runs well past it.
