Will the movers unpack boxes at my new home?

Our team can unpack your boxes and put items away at the new home, billed at the same hourly rate as the move. You decide how much: one room, just the kitchen, or every box. If you would rather do it yourself, unpacking can be dropped from the plan entirely. Many people choose a middle path: the crew unpacks the kitchen and bathrooms, and the family handles books, decor and personal items over the following weeks.

Reassembly happens on every move regardless, so your beds are ready to sleep in the first night.

Since unpacking is billed by the hour, a little direction goes a long way. Tell the foreman which cabinets get dishes, where linens go and which room to start in. Labels on every box, with the room name written on the side, let the team carry each one to the right spot before opening it. Having a rough layout in mind for the kitchen saves the most time, since that room holds the largest number of small items. If you change your mind partway through, just say so and the team will wrap up.
