Will the crew stay until my whole move is finished?
Yes. A booked Spartan crew stays until your move is complete and you are satisfied. There is no cut-off time; billing continues by the hour.
What if the move takes longer than the estimate?
The crew keeps working until it is done. You pay for the actual time, in 15-minute increments after the 3-hour minimum.
Can I book cleaners for mid-afternoon?
Ask David first. He can estimate the finish from similar moves, but give yourself some margin.
Does the foreman check with me before leaving?
Yes. The team walks through with you before departing so you can confirm everything is in place.

Yes. Once our team starts your move, they stay until the last item is placed and you have walked through the home with the foreman. The clock keeps running by the hour, so the only thing a longer day changes is the total.
Why there is no cut-off
A booked job is finished before the crew moves on, however long it runs. Nobody calls it a day with half your furniture still in the old living room. It is also why we never promise afternoon start times: they depend on how long the morning job takes.
Before anyone leaves, the foreman does a final inspection with you. That is the moment to check that beds are assembled, furniture sits where you want it, and nothing remains in the truck.

If you have something else booked that day
- Tell us about cleaners, a landlord walkthrough or a key handoff when you book.
- Share the size of the home so David can estimate from comparable moves.
- Leave a buffer; schedule the cleaners for after the estimated finish, not at it.
- If the move must end by a set hour, ask whether a bigger team would help finish sooner.
