No code is needed. Your agent's name or phone number is enough proof of the referral.

Does the 7% apply to storage after the sale?
No. Storage is billed as a flat monthly fee and is never discounted.
Can escrow pay for my move at closing?

If your real estate agent sent you to Spartan Moving, you receive 7% off the final price of your move. Mention your agent's name or phone number when you contact us, and we note the referral on your quote so the discount is applied when the job is finished.
Claiming it

- Your move is billed at the regular rate.
- At the end, 7% comes off the total, including the hours and any materials.

Moves tied to a sale or purchase often run on tight dates, so let us know your closing or possession date as early as you can and tell us if it may shift. Closings slide more often than people expect, and an early heads-up gives us the best chance to work with a new date.
