- We match that to your past move as proof of the referral.
- Their 5% comes off the total at the end of their job.

Why we ask for a name or number
The discount exists to thank people who come to us through word of mouth, so we need a way to connect the new customer to the person who sent them. A name or a phone number is all it takes. The easiest time to mention it is in the very first message or call, so it is noted on their quote from the start and nobody has to remember it on a busy move day.
