Apartments on both ends
If you are moving from one managed complex to another, two things save money. First, ask both leasing offices if they want a certificate of insurance. Ours is free; we only need the property name, its mailing address and an email. Second, book the loading zone or elevator for the morning. If the crew waits for an elevator, that wait is part of the billed time.
For a San Jose pickup the arrival window is 8 to 10 AM, and the crew phones you about 30 minutes out.
Moving the other way, Sunnyvale to San Jose
The same rules apply in reverse. A Sunnyvale pickup is also in the South Bay window, 8 to 10 AM.
