Do I need to sign anything before my move?

Very little. Once you book, we email a confirmation with a link that lets you sign electronically from your phone or computer. There is nothing to print, scan or mail back, and your date is already held on our side whether you sign right away or not.

1. Quote. You receive your rate and terms by email, with a link to view the quote online.
2. Booking. When you say yes, we reply with a confirmation for your date and arrival window.
3. E-signature. That confirmation email carries the signing link. Tap it, review, sign with your finger or mouse.
4. Moving day. The foreman brings the service order for the job itself and walks you through it before the crew starts.

Most of the people we move are juggling keys, utilities and a dozen other tasks. We would rather not add a printer to that list. The online signature records that you saw the terms of your hourly local move.

If the signing link will not open, or the email never showed up, check junk mail first, then ask us to resend it or text you the link directly. A typo in the email address is the usual cause, and it is quick to fix.

Remember that a quote sent by email is an estimate, not a fixed price. Your total on a local move comes from the time the job actually takes plus any supplies used.
