Yes. Alongside homes, we move small offices, studios, clinics and similar workspaces around the Bay Area. Pricing works the same way as a residential move: an hourly rate for the whole crew and the truck, with a 3-hour minimum.

Building management comes first
ACommercial buildings usually ask for a COI before they let a mover through the loading dock. Send us the property manager's name, mailing address and email. We pass it to our insurance agent and forward the certificate once it is issued, at no charge, so ask early. Our coverage includes $1M per occurrence general liability, $2M aggregate, and $1M in workers' compensation.
Ask the building, too, about freight elevator reservations, dock hours and any after-hours rules.
Getting the office ready

- Back up computers and keep critical drives with you
- Make a simple floor plan for the new space with numbered spots

We work seven days a week, and the hourly rate is the same on Saturday and Sunday as on a weekday.

We move boxed and wrapped equipment like any other item. Have your IT person disconnect and label everything first.

For anything beyond a few rooms, the free on-site estimate gives you a not-to-exceed price.
