Studios and lightly furnished one-bedrooms can be a 2-mover job at $145 an hour. Most other apartments, condos and ranch homes get 3 movers at $175. Houses with four or more bedrooms, or three bedrooms over 1,800 square feet, get 4 at $235. Every job has a 3-hour minimum and then runs in 15-minute increments; weekends cost the same. Because our base is so close, there is never a travel charge to you. A full breakdown is on moving cost.

From our closed local jobs for direct customers, July to October 2026: the middle half of billed hours by home size, including the drive between your two addresses and excluding account, partner-billed and full-packing jobs. Supplies are charged as used, with a 3-hour minimum.
Older homes near the Old Quad with narrow halls, porch steps and limited curb space take a bit longer than the newer Rivermark buildings with garages and elevators.
